PVC FOAMS
INTERFLEX FOAMS has been producing PVC foam solutions for over 30 years, available in different colors.
Our range is only available in jumbo rolls, with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 20 mm.
Solutions are also available for thicker options!
PVC foams have many applications due to their unique properties such as lightness, shock resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as resistance to water and chemicals.
Here are some of the main uses of PVC foams:
Construction and Building
Used as thermal and acoustic insulation panels, as well as for false ceilings, partitions, and floors.
Automotive and Transport
Used in vehicle interior panels, dashboards, and shock protection elements.
Packaging
Used to make protective packaging, cushions, and inserts to protect products during transport.
Furniture
Used in the manufacturing of lightweight and durable furniture, particularly for humid or outdoor environments.
Marine Industry
Used for floating structures, buoys, and other equipment requiring high buoyancy and water resistance.
Industrial Applications
Used as insulation materials in industrial equipment, machines, and HVAC systems.
SILICONE FOAMS
INTERFLEX FOAMS launched its new range of silicone foams two years ago.
Our goal is to offer the highest quality silicone products on the market.
Key Features:
- Antibacterial
- Permeability
- High Elasticity
- Heat Resistance
- Chemical Resistance
Our range is available in sheets/rolls, with various thicknesses and colors.
TECHNICAL FOAMS
INTERFLEX FOAMS also manufactures open-cell nitrile foams, made from nitrile rubber, a synthetic polymer.
The term « open-cell » refers to the structure of the foam, where individual cells are not completely closed.
To ensure better material stability, we have optimized our extrusion process by adding small amounts of PVC.
Our nitrile solutions are used in various applications due to their specific properties, including:
– Sound insulation and absorption
– Thermal insulation
– Sealing against moisture, dust, air, etc.
– Shock absorption
Our first grade is NBO X, produced in continuous rolls with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 30 mm.
Available with a skin on one side upon request.
Also available with adhesive backing!
NBO X is also used as a substitute for open-cell EPDM foam due to its cost advantage.
