Over the years, INTERFLEX FOAMS has succeeded in creating a comprehensive range for various applications, both for the automotive industry, construction, and many other fields of application.
EPSO X SERIES
EPSO X is the brand name of INTERFLEX FOAMS for our range of semi-open-cell extruded EPDM in continuous rolls.
The semi-open cell structure allows the material to quickly return to its original shape.
Easy to handle due to its very low compression resistance, it still offers excellent insulation properties under compression. Its weather and ozone resistance make it suitable for use anytime, anywhere.
Over the years, INTERFLEX FOAMS has succeeded in creating a comprehensive range for various applications, from the automotive industry to construction and many other application areas.
AVAILABLE WITH ADHESIVE!

EPSO IN BLOCS:
EPSO BL SERIES
We launched our first semi-open cell block around 18 years ago. We were one of the first companies to successfully create a full range of block solutions before transitioning to many high-quality extruded roll products, as rolls offer better advantages for continuous cutting production tools.
However, the block range remains very popular and offers different advantages compared to rolls made through the extrusion process.
Our block production allows us to define the final cellular structure, achieve faster foam recovery, and produce higher-density grades.
We can reach densities up to 300 kg/m³, as the pressure applied during press curing allows us to achieve such values.
Block technology offers a higher usable thickness (up to 60 mm and more!) and generally better price advantages compared to our extruded rolls.
L’EPSO 11 BL
L’EPSO 12 BL
L’EPSO 80 BL
…are our most popular items, used for different types of applications.
Some of our materials, such as EPSO 11 BL and EPSO 80 BL, are available with skins on both sides for easier slitting processes.
INTERFLEX FOAMS also holds a large stock in Europe for very short delivery times.
EPSO XC SERIES
The EPSO « XC » series is our latest development for enhanced sealing performance. The closed-cell structure improves water, dust, and air sealing. The closed-cell structure also offers greater flexibility and elasticity.
Various densities are available, ranging from 60 to 100 kg/m³.
It can be supplied with skins on one side to further enhance sealing properties.
AVAILABLE WITH ADHESIVE!
Our EPSO XC SERIES can be offered with multiple adhesive backing solutions.
